This is an emerald cut tanzanite with a weight of 6.12 carats with measurements of 12.82x9.50mm. The gem source is near the foothills of Mt. Kilimanjaro in Tanzania. Its color is a deep bluish-purple; its transparency, luster, and cutting are superb.
